is up to
the Client to decide whether to proceed to the next stage.

will
be achieved by the Client even if the process stops short of the final
stage.

STRATEGY REVIEW

to Client company.
- Market
Access
interviews management team.

of
business plans and product or service brochures.

Access
also presents Strategic Partnering concepts and provides workbook in
the Strategic Partnering process.
- Market
Access
will prepare a short report.

will
identify advantages and disadvantages of proceeding further
- If
we feel
that Client is not yet ready to proceed further we will suggest
remedial actions.
Part
2:
DEVELOP CLIENT'S PARTNERING REQUIREMENTS
- Market

helps the Client company specify its alliance objectives.
- Market

then helps develop a statement of these objectives and an accompanying
presentation for use in identifying potential partners.
- The
full
information is confidential to selected potential partners in Part 4 of
the process.
- However,
part
of the information will be circulated to potential partners in Part 3.
Part
3: SEARCH
FOR POTENTIAL PARTNERS
- Market
Access
undertakes to complete this part within 3 months.

difficult to find potential partner(s). We will work with the Client to
amend the requirements, if possible, to increase the probability of
success.
Part
4:
INTRODUCTION TO POTENTIAL PARTNERS

Client
company considers all the potential partner profiles. The Client then
decides which potential partners should be approached.
- Target
company(ies) are asked to sign an agreement that all information will
be treated as confidential.

will arrange and facilitate the meetings.
- In
each case,
the two sides examine each other's requirements and decide whether to
proceed on full or limited basis.

provide several further services to help the start-up and continuation
of the partnership.
These
include
project management, facilitation of meetings between the partners,
organizing partnering arrangements, negotiation of formal agreements,
advice on technology transfer arrangements.
Focused
Trade Missions
- Similar
to
Strategic Partnering Service, but for groups of companies, rather than
individual companies.
- Focused
process, where preparative work is carried out in the target country.
- Per
company
costs are reduced by restricting the front-end consulting. Company
profiles are produced by the client companies themselves or by the
